Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Denx AMS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Denx AMS is a multi-tenant asset management platform that helps organizations track assets, maintenance, depreciation, compliance, and related records. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Each company workspace is isolated from other companies on the platform. The person who creates a company becomes its initial administrator and may invite additional users and assign them roles. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Paid plans, where applicable, are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other companies' data, interfere with the Service's operation, or reverse-engineer the platform.

You retain ownership of the data you upload to Denx AMS (asset records, maintenance history, documents, and similar content). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you. You may export your data at any time and may request deletion of your account and associated data.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to the platform or other customers.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denx Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active customers of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
