Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). As you use the Service, we store the asset, maintenance, compliance, and related records you or your teammates enter, along with an audit trail of actions taken in your workspace.

We use collected information to operate and improve the Service, authenticate you, enforce access controls between companies, send account-related communications (such as password resets and team invites), and maintain security and audit logs.

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database and encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access to your company's data is restricted to authenticated users within your company and is never exposed to other companies on the platform.

We do not sell your data. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, hosting and email delivery providers), bound by confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

You can access, export, or request deletion of your data by contacting your company administrator or Denx AMS support. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active customers of material changes.
